UK Delivery Free delivery on orders over £75
On orders below £75 delivery within the UK is £3.95 We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please allow 7 days for your package to arrive.
International Delivery Standard delivery within the European Union is £9.50. Standard delivery worldwide (excluding EU) is £17.50. Yours Sustainably is not responsible for any customs charges of packages sent outside of the EU.
Cancelled orders
Yours Sustainably offers cancellation of orders if the cancellation is made prior to the dispatch of the order. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched please follow the instructions for exchanges and returns.
Lost and damaged goods
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged please refer to the exchange and return instructions.
Exchange and refunds
We will exchange or refund any item that you are not happy with, providing the goods and packaging are returned in the original condition, within 7 days of receipt. If the goods are defective or damaged please contact us at contact@yourssustainably.com within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a returns/exchange form. Please specify the reason for return (in the case of defective goods) and return the form, together with the package by recorded delivery to: Yours Sustainably Brunel Cottage, Laddingford, Kent, ME18 6BP Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty and we are notified of the fault within 48 hours. We are not liable for any return package lost in transit.
Packaging
Wherever possible we have sourced sustainable or recycled packaging, including bio-degradable document holders, paper tape, cardboard boxes and 100% recycled tissue paper. We aim to recycle our packaging material and hope you will as well.
Disclaimer
Due to the handmade quality or use of organic, natural materials, some of our products will vary in design, size or colour. Any variations in product should be seen as a unique, special characteristic of the item. All earrings, beauty products and candles once lit, are non-returnable.
