Creative Women

Creative Women cares about beautiful hand-woven textiles, good design and improving women’s lives. Creative Women work in partnership with six women-owned textile designs studios in Ethiopia, Swaziland, Afghanistan and Mali, to create traditionally-inspired contemporary accessories. They have played a part in the growth of all of the partner’s companies and have helped provide jobs for over three hundred people. As a member of the Fair Trade Federation, Creative Women works to promote equitable trading practices and to support women’s economic independence.
