Made by skilled craftsmen from sustainable rubber wood and responsibly sourced plywood and coloured with non-toxic water stain. Traditionally rubber wood trees were felled and burnt when it became uneconomical to harvest the latex but under the Indonesian Government legal wood incentives, the timber is now being upcycled. For every tree that is cut down another is planted in its place so ensuring a continuous supply. Ethically made and packaged in a colourful box.
