Nkuku endeavors to create products using recycled and natural materials through a handmade process. Nkuku works with artisans discovered in India, who although have astounding skills live in challenging living conditions and have restricted opportunities. Nkuku is socially responsible and built on the principles of fair trade and equal opportunity. Their suppliers are paid a decent wage; working conditions are safe and a good standard. Nkuku maintains a close and personal relationship with the artisans themselves, and know that they are proud of their work and their workforce.
